Steps to Becoming a Member
It's as easy as 1-2-3
- Each new cooperative member must complete a membership
application and is required to pay a one-time membership fee.
- Each cooperative member must be an annual dues paying
member of one of our sponsoring state or national commodity grower associations or
other sponsoring entities.
- A prospective member must enroll through one of a limited
number of authorized representatives.
If you would like to join Growers National Co-op,

As a prospective member of Growers National
Co-op there are some things we want you to know.
Authorized representatives of the cooperative
are not allowed to promise, estimate or guarantee any patronage refund from the cooperative,
either directly or indirectly, in any year.
We do not want you to purchase any product or
service with the hope, promise or expectation that you may get or be entitled to a patronage
refund.
Patronage dividends, if any, and as authorized by
the Board of Directors, will comply with state insurance regulations, the Standard Reinsurance
Agreement issued by RMA, and other applicable cooperative regulations.
It is not necessary to be a member of a cooperative
to purchase any products endorsed or offered by an authorized representative of the
cooperative.
Operational, management and day-to-day decisions of
the cooperative will be governed by the Articles of Incorporation, the Bylaws, the Board of Directors
and the vote of the members, not by the authorized representative enrolling
you.
As a member of Growers National Co-op, I am not required
to purchase my crop insurance through it in order to receive a patronage dividend.
