GNC Board of Directors
At each annual meeting of the members, election for directors of Growers National Co-op
will be held. The directors shall be elected for a term of three (3) years.
Each director, at all times during the director's term of office, shall be a member of
this co-op or a representative of a member of this co-op which is other than a natural
person.
